Maarch Courrier v24 release: A major version with a revolutionary feel
With this version, 3 major developments set to revolutionize the world of Electronic Mail Management (GEC).

Maarchie and artificial intelligence
With Maarchie, Maarch’s electronic intelligence, your mail application assists you in drafting your reply letters.
The generative AI boom in 2023 immediately caught our attention, and by the end of 2023 we had already put together a dedicated AI team to find application areas around our products.
Very quickly, it became clear to us that the natural application of LLM engines was generating reply letters, and we set to work on this as early as January to build the framework for industrial-scale use:
- Creation of the RagTime engine for generation. Starting from a semantic breakdown of the incoming mail, the question, existing replies, and their vector indexing, RagTime builds a context to respond to the mail and feeds this context to an LLM engine
- Benchmarks and technical studies for selecting and implementing components: semantic analysis, chunking, vector database, full-text database, LLM engine
- Input/output wrapping around the RagTime engine: I/O filters to screen/moderate questions and answers, breakdown of response blocks
- A scoring system for context elements. For example, we give a higher score to the most recent response elements.
- Learning and vector indexing procedures, configuration and management of security and compartmentalization
- Integration into the Courrier interface
- Integration into Maarch Courrier’s security model: privileges, scope verification when displaying references
We’re pleased to be able to offer this service to all of our SaaS clients for reasonable use. Heavier use will require purchasing tokens, at a client cost of around €1 per letter generated.
Another piece of good news: our architecture choices also allow us to offer this service to our OnPremise clients as well.
A new signing platform
Maarch Courrier 24.0 includes a completely redesigned signing platform, offering advanced electronic signatures and featuring an intuitive interface that reinvents the user experience, while retaining the features users love, such as editing documents right up until signing, and the ad hoc adaptation of the approval workflow depending on context.
The signing platform in Maarch Courrier v24 means:
- Support for advanced electronic signature certificates via user devices (cards, keys…)
- Multiple signatories
- Bulk signing with individual, “cart”-style selection
- Placement and resizing of the electronic stamp
- The integrated evidence trail
- …and above all, a seamless journey from generating administrative letters to signing them.
Maarch Courrier now on mobile !
Available on Android and iOS, Maarch Courrier Mobile is aimed primarily at department heads and managers. It is designed for professionals who need quick, convenient access to their mail, wherever they are.
We responded to our clients’ demand for mobility.
Maarch Courrier Mobile allows users to view, display, and annotate Maarch Courrier mail directly from their phone. It also offers the ability to follow up with a colleague on processing or tracking a piece of mail by annotating it.
This is a first operational version, soon to be followed by other features already in development: actions on mail, offline mode, mobile notifications.
Maarch Courrier Mobile is also a great example of community collaboration, having been developed by the company HQ-Demat based on Maarch’s APIs and with Maarch’s support.

Two new clients for Maarch Digital Flow
Maarch Digital Flow continues to win over clients with its unique all-in-one positioning.
GED, workflow, case files, digital vault: Digital Flow can do it all!
This past quarter, BCA Expertise, a group of automotive claims experts, and Septeo Adb both joined the list of Digital Flow users — hosted at Xelians for the former, and on its own servers for the latter.
These large-scale projects, together with our equity investments, continue to strengthen this free and open-source product. Its architecture, and the effort we’re putting into it, should lead to a product with a reputation at least as strong as Maarch Courrier’s, and likely even more impactful, since it addresses more generic needs.
Maarch Digital Flow continues its breakthrough
In its upcoming version, Digital Flow is ready to cover the needs of cross-functional, evidentiary-grade GED (with an integrated Digital Vault) in the public sector, to secure binding documents ahead of SEDA archiving.
Feel free to contact us if you have a project!
CORUS certification renewals
Corus renews its NF 461 certification with Maarch RM
