My name is Cynthia and I joined Maarch on January 4, 2023. I’m part of the software technical support team, where my main goal is to ensure our clients’ satisfaction by acting as the link between them and our technical teams.

After five years in the beauty industry, I’m making a career change toward IT. Maarch provides me with all the resources I need to succeed in this new venture.

I joined Maarch because we share the same values, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to grow within a company that places digital access for all at the heart of what it does.

My name is Nathanaël and I joined Maarch on January 3, 2023. I am responsible for the Delivery and Expertise unit, with the main mission of ensuring our clients’ satisfaction by coordinating interactions between them, our project managers in the field, and our technical teams.

Coming from the public sector, I have held various positions, notably at the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of the Interior. In my previous role, I led innovative digital projects for the Île-de-France prefecture, closely engaged with the digital transformation challenges facing public organizations.

I joined Maarch because its projects, and the way they are carried out, align perfectly with my commitment to public service. I am convinced that high-performing, reliable, and robust digital tools can greatly contribute to the flourishing of society.

A new year is beginning, and I wish you all a beautiful and bright one!

We are together to succeed, and we will do so all the better by taking pleasure in our work and fulfilling ourselves, whether we are colleagues, clients, suppliers, or partners.

Looking back, 2022 was once again a great year for the Maarch world, with growth of almost 25%, in a digitalization market that shows average annual growth of 5.3%, according to the Xerfi study. This growth follows exceptional growth of 66% in 2021 (which should be put into perspective, as we had suffered from Covid in 2020).

It confirms the relevance of our products, and even more so of the open-source business model I have always believed in.

As a result, we are demonstrating our agility by adapting our processes and our organization in order to approach 2023 as it should be:

• R&D team of 16 people
• Integration team of 7 project managers and a new team director
• Infrastructure/SaaS Operations/Level 1 Support team of 12 people with a new manager

On the product side, a new version of Maarch Courrier will be released in January to take over from v21.03, which has had a long life, largely due to the fact that we are moving to continuous integration. The upcoming 23.01 includes structural changes to make it even more maintainable on an ongoing basis. This release also marks the version upgrade of the lower layers, including, for example, a full code review for PHP8.

Another notable fact: we are working with a specialized consulting firm to progressively improve our RGAA accessibility ratio.

The Maarch Courrier SaaS offering, hosted on the group’s infrastructure, will also be scaled up with the addition of services included in the subscription. Very soon, SaaS clients will benefit from analytics statistics, as well as OCR/LAD image processing functions.

The Xelians group and Maarch are investing heavily in their redundant, 100% French SaaS infrastructure, holding HDS and ISO 27001 certifications. A dedicated DPO ensures GDPR compliance, while our Infrastructure Information Security team monitors the security of the system.

Finally, we have been working for several months on a new product that we hope to release as early as possible this year. It’s a major investment, which I hope will be seen as a synthesis of the functional coverage required on modern projects.
