Version 4.0 of Maarch Digital Flow is here! This major update brings improvements and new features designed to boost productivity, strengthen information control and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.

Custom Dashboards

The application’s home page is now fully customisable: each user or user group can create their own workspace and access dashboards tailored to their needs, organised using different information blocks (called « tiles »).

In addition, a new tile type allows content from external tools to be displayed via a Metabase connector. This content can be adjusted automatically based on the logged-in user, so they always have the most relevant and useful data at hand.

Document Templates

Document creation made simple with ready-made templates!

No more blank documents and second-guessing! Maarch Digital Flow simplifies content creation by providing ready-made document templates that can be selected when uploading.

When a user wants to upload a new document to the system, they no longer have to start from scratch. They now have an additional option to choose from templates directly linked to the type of document they want to create.

How does it work?

The system administrator manages this template library very easily. They pre-load files, usually editable ones, and link them to specific document types. The user then simply selects the template that suits them at the time of upload. This guarantees significant time savings and consistent documentation across the organisation.

New Search Interface

Simplified, ultra-efficient search

The new version of Maarch Digital Flow offers a completely redesigned search experience through a new interface made available to users. The more intuitive, far more readable design significantly improves your day-to-day work.

New centralised search area

To make things even simpler, everything is now grouped into a single, clear area with handy indicators:

• Search mode (full text or natural language)
• The search terms input field
• Access to the user’s search history, preserved from one session to the next
• Access to pre-set filter forms

Results clearly display the applied criteria and filters as tags.

New Table-Type Field

Clearer, more intuitive data visualisation

Imagine having to manage a list of data — such as products, contacts or project steps — directly within your tool. Maarch Digital Flow 4.0 greatly streamlines this task with the introduction of a new table-mode data display field type.

In practice, this field lets you view your data in a format that’s familiar and easy to read for everyone. The major advantage is the ability to interact directly with this data in a structured way: you can freely add new rows, edit existing entries or delete rows. This is an essential feature for more dynamic, intuitive information management within your workflows.

New User-Initiated Free Field

Customisation is at the heart of the user experience. In practice, this means that even when information is already defined for a given document type (more commonly known as the « attribute template »), the user stays in control. It’s now possible to add new fields not described in the attribute template, or to edit or delete them, thanks to a flexible template configuration option. This flexibility allows the solution to be precisely tailored to the specific needs of each business process.

CSV Export of Views

Export your data with no hassle (CSV format)

Want to reuse or analyse the information displayed on screen (or « views ») in Maarch Digital Flow? Whether it’s your list of ongoing tasks or even lists of users and groups (for administrators), Maarch Digital Flow lets you export this data as a file formatted in CSV (Comma-Separated Values). This standard format is widely recognised and works with most spreadsheet tools (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for analysing, sorting or printing your information.

Command-Line Bulk Deletion

Manage your data quickly with the new command-line purge!
Managing a large volume of folders and files can quickly become time-consuming. With the new version of Maarch Digital Flow, bulk deletion (known as a « purge ») is now accessible directly via a command line. Whether you’re tidying up, removing duplicates or updating your document data (indexes), this feature is designed to make things easier for you.

The major advantage? Significant time savings! Compared to running the same operation via the API, the command line considerably improves processing times. This gives you increased efficiency for keeping your archiving system clean and performant.

New Admin Screens

New interfaces are now available for administrators to make configuring the application easier: 

• External services (CSV file, Database)
• Storage areas (GDrive, S3, File system)
• Storage policies (Choice of zones based on lifecycle)
