Letter from the CEO

Strong Growth and Consolidation: A Winning Combination!

To close out last year’s traditional « CEO letter, » I wrote that our clients were the ones who watch their spending closely, and that in a year expected to be economically challenging, we needed to make the most of it through our affordability and our open-source approach.

That is exactly what happened: it’s still a little early to have final figures, but new project sales have literally exploded (+50%), and revenue growth will be in double digits.

This is also probably the first time we’ve seen this kind of growth without ending up completely overheated, needing to catch our breath and restructure the following year. Instead, we’re finishing in good shape — well organised — even after the year-end sprint that’s typical of our industry.

Yet it was a very intense year, which saw the capital restructuring of our parent company Xelians, now 90% owned by the group’s senior executives.

This is a significant development, because on top of a persistently difficult economic environment, sovereignty is becoming a critical issue. France and Europe need committed players to defend our values and our interests.

The year ahead won’t be short of important events for Maarch. We’ve decided to move to larger, more functional premises — ones that will keep our spirit intact, give our office cat a proper home, host the academic support association, and still allow for our legendary barbecues. That’s a lot of boxes to tick, but in life, you have to hold on to what really matters!

We’ve begun efforts to establish a presence in the European market, which should materialise in 2026. We will also continue our expansion in Africa, which accounts for a significant share of our 2025 revenue.

Dear colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners, I extend my very best wishes for a 2026 filled with happiness and success!
