The new version of Maarch Courrier 20.03 is here!

In more than 12 years of existence, Maarch Courrier has become the reference product for managing administrative correspondence.

With Maarch Courrier, you can digitize, capture, classify, route, draft, approve, sign, distribute, send, and file your mail!

Our solution, entirely Free and open source, is now deployed at several hundred clients, and more than 100,000 people use this service every day!

The main reason for this loyalty lies in our ongoing commitment to improve and stay close to real-world needs, in a field where regulatory and technological changes follow one another at a steady pace.

That’s why we’re delighted to introduce version 20.03. This major release has a broader scope and extends the use of Maarch Courrier to all administrative documents and all types of organizations.

It is available in OnPremise mode or as a SaaS service. On the menu for this major release: a new approach to the user experience, guided by the dual goal of ease of use (new actions, new processing page…) and adaptability to different organizational needs (record templates, custom fields).

Document editing is now possible with LibreOffice!

No more need for Java: quickly edit your draft replies in any environment (tablets supported).

More advanced contact management

Contact management has been completely redesigned. Add custom fields, and choose which information is searched and displayed in autocomplete.

Folders for every use case

All mail grouping features have been merged into an intuitive, high-performance folder management system. Set up a filing plan, enrich it at the department or user level, and then file your mail into it.

Flexible, powerful mail and document registration

Maarch Courrier has undergone a complete overhaul of its interface, and the indexing page was no exception.

Create and manage your indexing categories, add custom fields, and set default values.

From the indexing page, you can now create a document directly from an OnlyOffice template and immediately send it into an approval workflow. Handy for your internal memos!
