Maarch Officially Launches Its User Club: A Key Step Towards Sustainable, Collaborative Innovation

On Wednesday 5 November 2025, Maarch will bring together its customers and partners for an event dedicated to dialogue and co-creation, to mark the launch of its User Club.

Context

The widespread adoption of Maarch Courrier across the various levels of public administration has brought together a very large community of users in France and around the world.

In this context, the launch of the Maarch User Club stands out as a natural and necessary step.

Today, this community represents a unique asset, bringing together valuable expertise both in the use of its solutions and in the digital transformation of the public sector itself.

The User Club: an initiative designed for you

In full continuity with its commitment to open source, the Maarch Courrier User Club aims to equip the user community and foster the growth of its exchanges.

On a dedicated platform, users will be able to freely exchange best practices, share resources and feedback, and discuss potential joint developments.

The Maarch User Club is, above all, a collaborative platform for its members. It is by listening and engaging with them that we will be able to keep developing solutions that are useful, high-performing and aligned with their needs.

A Unifying Event for the Community

On Wednesday 5 November 2025, from 9 AM to 12:30 PM, Maarch’s customers and partners, specially invited for the occasion, will share a moment of conviviality, dialogue and co-creation.

This first gathering, held in Paris, will be an opportunity to: 

• Officially present the User Club and its collaborative platform;
• Identify participants’ priority topics with a view to forming the first working groups;
• Share feedback and perspectives on the major trends shaping digital transformation.

The morning will be structured around panel discussions on strategic topics, such as the complete digitalization of the document lifecycle and the integration of artificial intelligence to improve citizen relations.
